If You Have To Ask: Note: there are two different basslines playing at the same time during most of the song.
Give it Away: Screaming on right channel just before Anthony's vocals start - more present in multitrack recordings.
Give it Away: John's reverse guitar popping back up for a short moment after his second solo.
Under the Bridge: Subtle piano and acoustic guitar in the outro
Sir Psycho Sexy: "Scream" (4.08) [very audible when you listen to just the drum track]
ONE HOT MINUTE
One Hot Minute: Hidden harmonica in the chorus - listen here.
Californication: Somebody (John?) says "woah" at the end of the track.
Right On Time: Bleedthrough of Anthony's vocals (probably intentional because it doesn't appear on the Unmastered disc) just before music starts.

Especially in Michigan: John changes which pick-up he's switched to (~0.20)

Turn It Again: Congas being played during the second verse
Death of a Martian: Flea saying "Woah" at the very end of the track, as it fades out
I'M WITH YOU
Factory of Faith: Anthony's vocals doubled slightly/echo'd on the Factually, I lines.
